Café Noir Espresso
Check out the unexpected panini options at Café Noir Espresso: Chocolate Brie, Apple Pie, Spinach & Artichokes, and Chickpea Salad.

In addition, they’re staying open until 8 pm on Thursdays and Fridays so that you can pick up a Dabba (supper box). The first week’s meal was Paneer Lababdar, Basmati Rice & Indian Bread.

Congratulations!
Congratulations, Renee Kohlman! We’re looking forward to all the yummy treats in your upcoming cookbook. All The Sweet Things: Baked Goods and Stories from the Kitchen of Sweetsugarbean will be released in Spring 2017.

Building Community
It’s all about food. The Incredible Edible Project in Todmorden demonstrates the power of small actions to build community.

Flavourful Saskatoon is a weekly Monday feature. I also post regular profiles of culinary entrepreneurs, new restaurants and new food products.
