Northern Vigor Berries Expands its Range of Seabuckthorn Products

Image
It’s fascinating to watch a local producer slowly expand their product line. Visiting the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market last Sunday, I was delighted to see how many new seabuckthorn products are now available from Nvigorate: Northern Vigor Berries . In addition to berries, there are jams and syrups, tea and juice, fruit leather and gelato. You can also purchase frozen seabuckthorn puree – perfect for adding to fruit smoothies. Seabuckthorn has a delightfully tangy, tropical flavour and is just bursting with vitamins. A lot of work goes into developing new products. My congratulations to Betty Forbes and Northern Vigor Berries on their hard work and initiative.

Cress is also known as Pepper Grass or Poor Man’s Pepper . It’s high in Vitamins A and C . New Ethiopian Restaurant  I’m sorry to h
