Learn to brew beer at home with Garrett Pederson, head brewer and co-founder of 9 Mile Legacy. The virtual class will use a Kolsch kit from Paddock Wood Brewing, modifying it with the addition of specialty grains and a variety of hops to transform it into a summery New England IPA.
